Marion Barry, former mayor and current member of the Washington D.C. City Council, at a council hearing on Tuesday, March 2, 2010 in Washington. The City Council is expected to censure Barry, strip him of his committee chairmanship and refer public corruption allegations against him to the U.S. attorney's office on Tuesday.
